Chapter Eleven

Ivy had just returned from J’ante’s house. She had been over there all day once J’ante finally got off work and honestly, she was drained. She felt terrible about the argument she had with her mother and was ready to get in bed and sleep her guilt and lightheadedness off.

Ivy was just getting out the shower and was about to get ready for bed when she heard the doorbell ring. Agitated, she wrapped a towel around her soaking wet body. She glanced at the clock near her flat screen as she walked through her bedroom and headed to the front door. It wasn’t late, but it was not a time that she was expecting visitors. She rolled her eyes and grabbed her phone off the nightstand as she went to the front door.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Whoever the individual was at Ivy’s front door was certainly impatient because they went from ringing the doorbell to knocking like they were the damn police.

Knock! KNOCK! KNOCK!

The knocks got harder when the person knocked for a second time.

“Hold the fuck up, I’m coming!” Ivy yelled as she reached the front door. “Who the fuck is it, beating on my damn door like that?!”

“I thought you were expecting me,” the voice replied.

Ivy was confused for a second, but then she remembered that she and Julian agreed to meet. She didn’t think he would actually decide to meet with her so soon, and especially not at her house.

Ivy reached for the doorknob and slowly opened it to let Julian in. When he entered, Ivy saw that he was still in uniform and that made her pussy jump. He looked so sexy in that uniform. Ivy shut the door behind Julian and watched him as he admired her home.

“I didn’t think you would come,” she admitted as she walked past him and headed to her bedroom.

Julian was so busy looking around Ivy’s decked out pad that he hadn’t even noticed that she was walking around wrapped in a towel. He tried to ignore it, but couldn’t avoid thinking about how Ivy was so bad that she could literally wear a towel and put other women to shame. She was looking just that good.

“Uh, yeah. Yeah, I decided to come. I honestly believe that it’s only fair for me to discuss with you what’s really going on,” he said.

Ivy nodded her head. “Okay. Well, we can sit in the living room,” she suggested. “I just wanna get dressed right quick. I really didn’t think you would show up. Wow.”

“Yeah, well. I’m here.”

“Have a seat.”

Julian sat down on Ivy’s plush white couch and watched as she disappeared into what he assumed was her bedroom. He looked around Ivy’s living room and noticed how tasteful she was when it came to decorating. She had a white throw rug in the center of the hardwood floor. On top of it was a glass table that resembled rippling water. Ivy also had a fireplace, and hanging over the mantle was a portrait of Ivy posing with an older version of herself.
